Palliative and End-of-Life Care at Home in Coventry
Gentle, compassionate support to help your loved one stay comfortable, dignified and surrounded by familiar things at home, with your family supported too.

Comfort, dignity and familiar surroundings
When someone is living with a life-limiting illness, being at home, among the people and things they love, can mean everything. Our palliative and end-of-life support helps make that possible, with warm, attentive care focused on comfort and dignity. We work gently alongside your loved one's doctors, district nurses and hospice team, so the right care is always in place, and we are there for the whole family too.
How we can help
Our carers focus on comfort, personal care and companionship, working alongside your health team, who remain responsible for clinical care such as pain relief and symptom control.
Supporting the whole family
This care supports people with a life-limiting or terminal illness who wish to remain at home, and it supports their families through a difficult time. Whether you need a few hours of comfort care, overnight reassurance or more constant support, we shape our care around your loved one's wishes and your family's needs, with kindness and respect at every moment.

Care that honours their wishes
Every person and every family is different, and their wishes come first. We take time to understand what matters most, from daily comforts to personal and cultural wishes, and we build our care gently around them. We keep close contact with your loved one's healthcare team and with you, so care stays coordinated, calm and centred on their comfort and dignity.
Support shaped around you
Our support can be arranged as visits, overnight care or more constant presence, and adjusted as needs change, often at short notice. Talk to us gently about your situation and we will do all we can to put the right support in place quickly.

Carers you can trust
Every Twilight carer is DBS checked, referenced and trained in personal care and compassionate support before visiting your home, with ongoing supervision. We are registered with the Care Quality Commission for personal care, and we work closely with your loved one's wider healthcare team.
