Dementia Care at Home in Coventry
Calm, patient support that helps people living with dementia stay safe and comfortable, surrounded by familiar things at home.

Familiar faces, familiar routines
For someone living with dementia, home is often where they feel most settled, among the people, places and routines they know best. Our carers provide gentle, patient support that works with those familiar rhythms rather than against them, helping the day feel calm and reassuring. We take time to learn each person's life story and preferences, so care feels personal and kind at every moment.
The support we offer
Who dementia care suits
Our support suits people in the earlier or middle stages of dementia who wish to remain at home, and it supports their families too. We are honest about what we can offer, and where needs become more complex or specialist, we work alongside, or help point towards, the right services.

Patient, person-centred and calm
We lead with the person, not the condition. We learn what brings comfort and what causes worry, keep the same familiar carers wherever possible, and adapt gently as needs change. We keep families closely involved with clear communication, and work alongside the person's healthcare team to keep everything joined up.
Support shaped around the day
Dementia support can be a few visits a day, overnight reassurance or full live-in care, arranged around the person's routine and the times they find hardest. Talk to us about what would help and we will confirm the arrangements and availability.

Carers you can trust
Every Twilight carer is DBS checked, referenced and trained before supporting anyone, with ongoing supervision once care begins. We are registered with the Care Quality Commission for personal care.

Clear, honest pricing
The cost depends on how much support is needed and how often. We prepare a personalised quote after your assessment, explain what is included and help you understand the funding options available.
